While we have an amazing board, we cannot do it alone. If we all take a small piece of the work, it becomes much more manageable. The truth is… not every volunteer opportunity is for every parent, but there are many ways to jump in and support the cause with your unique skill set (or superpowers) and the time you have available to pitch in and help.

GAME DAY OPPORTUNITIES
You’re planning to be on site during game days anyway, right? Might as well use some of that time to volunteer and make an impact!
If you are willing to help out and loan us your time and amazing skills, please reach out to the board and we can find a way to get you involved that works well for you and your schedule.

We are looking for parent volunteers to drop off/pass out pre-purchased meals and drinks following each practice at 11 AM outside the locker room. Details for each day are located in the signup spreadsheet.
Post Practice Summer Meals
One of our largest fundraising events of the year! Do you enjoy chaperoning high school students especially at a dance. Then this one is right up your ally. We are looking for concession workers, admission ticket collectors and chaperones. Please sign up today.
Back-To-School Dance
There is no better way to start off the football season than to play our rival Chyenne Mountain. To make this first ever foundation game day a success we need help working concessions, the grill, collecting tickets, and various other activities. It’s an all afternoon event!
Foundation Football Game
GAME DAY- CHAIN GANG
On home game days, our team is responsible for providing the chain gang. Get the best view in the house from the sidelines by volunteering! You can also volunteer to manage and coordinate the chain gang volunteers.
GAME DAY- CONCESSIONS
One of the biggest money makers fo rthe football team budget is the money that concessions brings in. Boosters provide the man power to staff the concessions shack at games.
PREP- SACK LUNCHES
Before camp and some of the away games, the booster club provides sack lunches or breakfasts for all the players. We need a few volunteers to help assemble these meals.
Canva wizards unite! Anyone who’s great at navigating canva and coming up with great templates would be super helpful in creating the 2024-2025 football program booklets for the team.
AT HOME- Graphic design for Football Program Booklet
PREP- Event Planning
The pre-season BBQ and end of the year banquet are two fun-filled events that would greatly benefit from someone with a knack for hosting.
PREP- Recruiting Donors/ Sponsors

PREP- Photography cheerleader
Do you love taking pictures- the players at summer practices and games, and of your family and friends at the games? We’d love to have someone encourage parents to share all their phone-snapped photos with us.
AT HOME- Gathering Information
Are you good at accomplishing a checklist even when you have to follow up with people a few times? We could really use your help tracking down all the photos and information from players, parents, coaches and sponsors as we put together the football program booklet.
PREP- Recruiting Club
Get involved by helping to coordinate and support a recruiting club for players who would like to play at the collegiate level.
